CLIX / SIGNAL

Freedom from the scroll.

Meet CLIX. A pocket-sized tactile companion built around one very satisfying button.

Meet PIX

The pet that feeds on your clicks.

PIX begins as four pixels on a monochrome OLED. Every click counts. Across 100 levels and 10 biomes, PIX grows, changes and journeys through a world of its own.

It starts with four pixels. You do the rest.

First working prototype

From print lines to a living loop.

The first working CLIX proved the idea in hardware. PIX lived on the OLED, every press moved the journey forward, and progress stayed on the device. No app, no account, no cloud required.

Inside a hand-finished 3D-printed case, the prototype already tracks clicks, levels and biomes, saves progress locally and runs the evolving world beneath PIX.

This is the version we carry, click and live with. Real hardware, used every day to refine the feel, firmware and experience before production.

Physical product

Pocket-sized.
Properly considered.

We spent a long time getting the proportions right. Small enough to disappear into a pocket or bag, but substantial enough to have real presence in the hand. Compact without feeling disposable. Solid without becoming cumbersome.

The same thinking went into the click. We tested different switch weights, travel and feedback, looking for an action that felt deliberate every single time. Crisp, positive and satisfying, with enough resistance to make each press feel intentional.

Not a touchscreen. Not a soft membrane button. A real mechanical action you can feel beneath your thumb.

A 0.96-inch monochrome OLED keeps the experience focused. Progress is stored locally, power is rechargeable, and CLIX works completely standalone.

The current prototype measures approximately 72 × 38 × 19 mm. We are now testing that form in everyday use before locking the final production enclosure.

From prototype to production

Built. Tested.
Ready for the next step.

CLIX already exists as working hardware. We are currently carrying, clicking and testing 3D-printed prototypes in everyday use, refining the enclosure, firmware and feel before production.

The next stage is a custom production PCB, followed by final enclosure engineering and injection-mould tooling.

That is what the Kickstarter is for.

Not to prove the idea. To take a working one into production.
